How does the 7-day free trial work?

When you download Chiseled and start a subscription, you get 7 days completely free with full access to all Pro features. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then through your Apple ID settings and you'll never be billed.

How does the TDEE calculator work?

Chiseled uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation to calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), then applies an activity multiplier based on your training frequency. Your goal (cut, bulk, recomp, maintain) adjusts the final calorie target up or down from maintenance.

How accurate is the AI photo food logging?

Our AI is trained on millions of food images and estimates calories and macros from visual portion size. It's highly accurate for common foods and meals. For precise tracking, you can always adjust quantities after the AI's initial estimate.

How do I connect Apple Health?

In the app, go to Settings → Integrations → Apple Health and tap Enable. Grant the requested permissions. Once connected, your daily step count and active calories will automatically factor into your adjusted calorie budget.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Go to your iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Chiseled → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email us at support@getchiseled.app with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email associated with your account. We'll permanently delete all your data within 7 business days.

The app is crashing — what do I do?

First, try force-closing and reopening the app. If that doesn't help, check for an update in the App Store. If the issue persists, email us at support@getchiseled.app with your device model and iOS version and we'll investigate.
